How We Work
At Pups of Montreal, we make it simple and safe for families to find their perfect puppy. Here’s how the process works:

Sourcing Puppies
We work closely with trusted breeders across Quebec and Ontario to facilitate the placement of their puppies. Each puppy comes to us around 8 weeks of age, once they are ready to leave their litter and have already received:
● Vaccinations
● Deworming
● A full health check

Availability & Inquiries
Puppies arrive at our home in Laval, Quebec, and families can pick them up directly from there. We usually know which puppies will be available between two months and just a few days in advance.

● Upcoming litters
● Specific breeds
We provide full details with photos, information, and pricing. Families can also join a waitlist for a puppy of their choice, and we will contact them when a puppy of that breed becomes available.

Pickup & Supplies
Puppies are picked up at our home in Laval, Quebec. For families located nearby, door delivery is also an option.
Each puppy comes with:
● A health card from the vet
● Starter food
● Pee pads
We may offer shipping for puppies depending on the situation and location.

Guidance & Support
We provide support before, during, and after adoption. This includes:
● Helping families choose the right puppy for their home and lifestyle
● Guidance on preparing for puppy arrival
● Tips for training, socialization, and health care
Families are encouraged to have their puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian shortly after adoption to ease their mind and ensure the puppy is healthy.
If a vet discovers a health issue that was missed during the initial check, we will offer either:
● A replacement puppy, or
● A refund with the return of the puppy
